Requirements and Qualifications:
You should be computer literate and enjoy learning about new forms
of software
Ideally
you will have at least 5 years' sales experience.
Knowledge of
the Estate Agency industry is a recommendation but not essential
You
should enjoy communicating with and training people
You
should have good presentation skills
You
should have a thorough understanding of the Internet and the impact
that it
is increasingly having on all of our lives
You
must have your own transport
You must have your own laptop to do demonstrations of our software
Responsibilities
Generate
new sales
Meet
monthly sales targets
Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients
Devote your time and attention during normal business
hours on
promoting and extending DataTrac Software and
related internet services
Promote
and participate in activities aimed at increasing DataTrac Software
awareness and customer acquisition
Work
alongside our design / development team and ensure all clients'
requirements are professionally
handled and timeously met
Remuneration
Part Time and Full Time positions available with remuneration
varying
according to background experience and skills
This position offers commission on sales, installation and training
of our software
for clients in conjunction with our property
