Buyer Information Screen
The Buyer Information Screen allows you to create, edit and delete Buyer records and to store contact details and other relevant information such as listing agent details. This screen also holds various other tabs that are shown and commented on below being Notes, Profile, Match Maker, Prospects Houses and Prospects Stands..
Using this screen is very easy and intuitive as the field names are self explanatory. In addition, we provide comprehensive one to one training in the use of our software which fast tracks getting information into DataTrac and using it's various features, modules and utilities.

Notes
The Notes Tab allows you to create notes on your relationship with the Buyer, to diarise them by using the date options on the right side of the screen and set a Reminder, for the the note, if required. The reminder feature works similarly to that in Outlook.

Profile
The Profile Tab allows you to create, edit or delete, one or more profiles for what the Buyer is interested in purchasing which are used, in the next tab (Match Maker) to match the Buyer's profile against the profiles (property type, geographical details, pricing and features) of the properties for sale. The results of the matching are then displayed in the onscreen grid.

Match Maker
This feature of the Buyers Module allows you by clicking on the relevant tab to match the profile of the current buyer against the property type, geographical location, price and features of the properties for sale database and display the matches in the onscreen grid.current listing against the profile of potential buyers(corresponding fields in the Buyers database). Notice at the bottom of the screen that you can view the matched propertes directly by clicking on the Client's Info button and you can also print a report of the properties in the grid.

Prospects Houses
The purpose of this tab is to record the properties that have been introduced to the selected buyer (right side panel) and if you wish, you may additionally enter notes "Agent's Comments" and "Buyer's Feedback", in the tab in middle of the screen, which are self-explanatory. You can add futher properties to the display by clicking on the "Add to Report" button in the left bottom corner of the screen.
