licenses do I need? You are required to have
a separate license for each system that the software has been
installed on. For more info on pricing, please refer to the
Software Price List that you can access via the Main Menu on our
Home Page.
How much will
DataTrac Software Upgrades cost? When a new
version of the software is released all the clients that are on the
monthly service fee plan will receive the upgrades FREE of charge.
Whether they are minor or major upgrades it remains FREE.
If you choose not to be on the monthly service fees you will have to
pay for all upgrades and new features added to the software on a
regular basis. The upgrade costs may vary from setup to setup, we
will inform you on the costs when the updates are available
How much will support cost?
Support is FREE to all DataTrac clients that are on our monthly
service fee plan. Most of the support will be done by voice over
internet. How ever if you are not on the monthly service fee plan
support will cost you R200.00 plus VAT per hour or part thereof.
