The Special Module allows you to record certain additional information for the particular property and Client.  The Notes window in this folder is primarily intended to record old but still relevant notes of prior communications or anything else that you may wish to store.

The Keys / Security is a convenient window in which you record notes relevant to where the keys to property are located. You can also record the details on the security company responsible for the home and anything that you may need to remember.

This module also provides an area to store important information like anniversary of the client, purchase date of the house and advertising boards that may be on the property.
