Limited Version Notes Screen
     

The "Notes Folder" allows you to record the ongoing communication with your Client.  You will see that there are two sections to the recording the Notes, "Archived Notes" and "Current Notes".
 

Archived Notes mean notes that have been entered previously by you or other people in the office and cannot be changed or cleared (deleted) unless you have Supervisor access to do so.  Current Notes mean notes that you intend entering and transferring to the Archived Notes to become part of the record of dealings with your Client.

 
 

 The Action Dates (Calendar Dates) are only noted if a erf is listed in the Stands or Houses module.  This is Calendar notice to remind you to contact them.  To view your clients that you need to contact open up Stands or Houses, and select Notes at the top of the screen next to property details. This will provide you with the list of clients that according to the action dates you gave them need to be contacted.
