The "Notes Folder" allows you to record the ongoing
communication with your Client. You will see that there are
two sections to the recording the Notes, "Archived Notes"
and "Current Notes".
Archived Notes mean notes that have been entered previously
by you or other people in the office and cannot be changed
or cleared (deleted) unless you have Supervisor access to do
so. Current Notes mean notes that you intend entering and
transferring to the Archived Notes to become part of the
record of dealings with your Client. |
