CMS Erven Screen

The Erven / Owners Screen forms part of the module for managing the details of the properties and Owners in a particular area.

You will notice that there are various frames splitting the screen into sections with self-explanatory headings i.e. "Zoom by:", "Property Details:" and "Owners Details:" etc. These frames contain particular information for the Erven or Owners records.

There are various tabs "Contact", "Notes" and "Special" which contain other useful information. On the left bottom corner is the UTILITIES section that allows you to Archive, create an evaluation, Sectional Title Schedule, switch to the buyers module and transfer a listing into another database.
